Do I need internet at every table?+
No. Guests use their own phone data or your WiFi to scan the QR. Only your waiter iPad/phone and kitchen screen need internet.
Can we keep taking cash?+
Yes — 100%. Cash is our default. The Cash tab even helps you count the drawer and catch shortages automatically.
Do you take a % of my sales?+
Never. Flat monthly only. If a customer pays cash, GICATI charges zero on that transaction.
How long does setup take?+
We come to your venue with a tablet, take photos of your menu, set up your tables and QR codes. Usually 1–2 days. Free.
What if the internet goes down?+
Customer orders queue on your POS. Once you're back online they sync. Full offline mode is on the roadmap for Q1 2026.
What if I want to leave?+
You can cancel any month. We give you a CSV of your menu, customer list, and sales history. No lock-in.
Does the menu work in Arabic and Kurdish?+
Yes — one click per language per item. Customers pick their language from the top of the menu.
Can I see it in a real café first?+
