Supplier is a full ordering platform: buyers place orders, you track fulfillment and payment. Supplier Catalog is simpler, a public product list with prices where customers contact you directly to order.
Who can place orders on the full tier?+
Any buyer you link, whether they run another GICATI account or are added manually, can browse your catalogue and place orders themselves.
Can I still take phone and walk-in orders?+
Yes, manual order entry sits in the same pipeline as buyer-placed orders, so nothing falls between two systems.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?+
Never. Flat monthly pricing only, on either tier.
